A piedibus or with public transport :
From Firenze St.Maria Novella railway station :
Just opposite the railway station you will find the bus station. Take a bus to Poppi or better to Ponte a Poppi. Enjoy the ride through Chianti Ruffina, Consuma Pass, Valombrosa and Casentino. Get off in Piazza Garibaldi in Ponte a Poppi. Have a coffee or whatever and give us a call. We will come and pick you up.
From Rome (Roma Termini railway station) :
Take a direct train to Arezzo (about two hours). From there take a smaller train to Ponte a Poppi (platform 1). There find a bar and give us a call, the ride is free.
Motorbikes rentals are available in Poppi. Car rentals close by too.
With a private car :
Direction Firenze-Roma :
Leave the highway at Firenze Sud, follow the directions Bagno a Ripoli, Pontassieve, Consuma, Poppi, Bibbiena. Give us a call from Ponte a Poppi (no need to cross the bridge over the Arno River and drive up to Poppi) or before and we will come and show you the way.
If you missed Firenze Sud drive on to Arezzo where you will leave the highway. Drive towards Arezzo until you see the directions for Casentino, Bibbiena, Poppi. Follow them up to Ponte a Poppi.
From Rome you would do just the same to reach us.
If you intend to visit Tuscany with your car remember that in cities like Firenze you are better off travelling with public means of transport. Leave your car in Pontassieve and take a public transport from there.
From Poppi to Casa Luna :
Head south direction Bibbiena/Roma to the one and only petrol station Agip. Shortly afterwards take the direction Soci on the left for about a hundred meters than turn right direction Memmenano until you see the signpost Casa Luna on the right handside. Follow the dirtroad, first right, first left.
