It consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven , a large fridge. One bedroom with double bed (width 160 cm). . Bathroom with toilet, bidet , shower. Own terrace and entrance. This flat can accommodate 2 people. On request we can add a sofa bed in the living room for two additional people without charge. Price all included 500/300 euros a week

Apartment Mona Lisa

 

This apartment is slightly smaller than the first one (44 sq.metres). Tastefully furnished  with antique and local furniture. It consists of  a private entrance, a large living room- where on request and without extra charge- we may add a sofa bed if  there are more than two of you. A bedroom with two singles (width 120 cm). Fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with the same characteristics as apartment Girasoli.

 

Price all included 500/300 euros a week.

As such that word is reserved to places like Casa Luna and its use is restricted to farms complying with the requisites of Italian law such as size of rooms, light, safety, ventilation, architecture. The list is very long as the Italian legislation tends to be prolific. In short we’ve been checked through and qualified as an agriturismo.

The biggest part of the farm was restructured in 2005 respecting the original design ,recycling whenever it could be done the stones, the terracotta tiles and the wood. The final result is striking and beautiful.

Ecological:

 

seems for now to be an inexistent expression in Italian dictionaries. Without making out of it a credo or getting fanatic about it we try to do our best for ecology in our small place. Please click on the pumpkin for more details on the subject.
