· Firm booking :

Guests are kindly asked to pay 30 % of the total cost to secure the booking. We will hold the apartment for 4 working days while waiting for confirmation of your payment. Upon receipt of the deposit Casa Luna will confirm the booking via email.

The rental charge due is to be paid on arrival at the lodge. At present we do not accept Credit Cards. Postal or bank transfer is accepted. Your deposit can be paid through Paypal.

Your deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay (loss or damage excluded).

· Cancellation policy :

Your deposit will be refunded if the cancellation has been communicated at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If the cancellation is made after 30 days, there will be no refund. Rental charge does not include cancellation insurance.
